Roommate Wanted for December 1, 2015; I live in a NEW 2 bedroom Terrace home in Orleans with parking for you. Also, Bus friendly, on route 94 approximately 35 min direct to downtown. I'm looking for a roommate to help offset the monthly costs. The room is an approximately 9"x11" bedroom with closet unfurnished (but can be furnished if needed) and shared full bathroom downstairs and a powder room upstairs. The main floor would be shared space and there is a TV with chromecast and Netflix. I work full time, I like to spend time at home after work and on weekends. I am an outdoor smoker. I am a big fan of Netflix and browsing imgur. There is unlimited internet included in the rent.you please let me know.
Ideally I would prefer a professional age 25-45 preferably female, but not necessarily, who plans to stay for a year at least. There is no official lease, it's just a sharing situation and we can organize things in whatever way we find easiest.
I am not in a rush, I want to find the right person.
